We do not have any minimum hour requirements and your notice period is only one hour, should you wish to cease the arrangement.
Essentially 923|Recruitment & HR is a true independent contractor to you. That means you do not have to worry about wages, PAYG, superannuation, public liability, professional indemnity or workers compensation. We simply invoice you for each hour the worker is working, and you pay the invoice. Our invoices include all the on-costs and we employ the worker, covering wages, submitting PAYG and Super; all insurances and Workers Compensation cover. We manage all the hard work of employment, setting the workers up with all legal requirements, payrolling them and managing all employment liabilities. You do not even have to pay us any recruitment fees!
Clients are charged, simply on the hours worked! At the end of each week, you receive an electronic timesheet via email from your worker. You check the hours entered and authorise the hours as true and correct. That timesheet, then is dispatched to our accounts department and you receive a fortnightly invoice – it is that simple!
Summer is almost here and with it comes Summer Holidays; Public Holidays; time off to travel; School Holidays – many of the situations that make employees want to take time from work.
